Having different actions bound to one key. Withcher 2. A guard under a torch. Game says press " " button to hit the guard. Same button is used to turn on/off torches. Hitboxes are placed devil knows how. And instead of hitting the Guard Geralt just keeps turning on/off the f@king torch.
