Are you tone deaf? You are kidding yourself if you think Koss can make a product that comes anywhere close to Beats by Dre. :eek: On the software side of things, Beats is good but not a reason to buy the phone. After owning two recent Samsung phones and now HTC, I'll stick with HTC for awhile.

There are US ROM's on xda's forum (under the US HD2 ROM sub forum). I am running Kumar's Tmob Premium 1.5 and really like to compared to the stock ROM. Just make sure you read a TON and get the radio update done prior to flashing so you don't brick your phone. The browser is so-so...

it works just fine on Edge, only slow on the internet. get the 3GS just for the extra speed and better camera.

It does everything except work outside (can't see crap in sunlight) and listen to music with a decent set of headphones. Those two reason (and only) were the ones that made me switch to the HD2. The HD2 is freaking incredible once you spend some time tweaking it for good useage.

Not even close, son. My dual 4870's and 4870X2's never made that much noise even while gaming for hours.
