twice or so i've had it so to get the wiimote to "stay alive" and not turn off after what I think is a timeout... each time i had to unplug the console's power.. this is like twice in 3 months ish.. so nothing major
i cant imagine this game being more fun with a normal controller.. i'm enjoying playing it with the wiimote so much.. controls took a bit of getting used to. but hey.. its not like ive been using a wiimote for the last 20 years like people have with d-pads..
and for such a big game i cant...

precisely.. PPC is a very different animal.. a raw 'ghz' comparison means nothing.
the gamecube was more powerful than the original xbox and the ps2..
and the wii is a couple times faster than the game cube..
of course its not touching the 360/ps3.. but its NOT as far behind as people...
part of the thing is.. unlike PCs consoles are a fixed, known platform.. so developers can do extra optimising for specific resolutions. think about the varied amount of PCs, chipsets, memory speeds etc out there.. vs a complete known entity. the variety in PCs is why the option is there, not...
