    Schools District Ditching Macs

    I guess my school district is doing totally the opposite this year we have around 250 mac books and smart boards distributed among the math, computer, and science departments. Also the library laptops were replaced by mac books as well and we have a couple of iMacs in the library too...

    change brightness?

    where is it? I've looked through the options in the monitor settings, and none of them have brightness control BTW I have a Dell 2005FPW

    different power cords?

    I was moving my computer, so I disconnected everything on my computer... now, I have 2 power cords, one is for the monitor and the other is for my powersupply... and I forgot which one goes to which :( I can tell one is thicker than the other, and have different names I have a dell 2005...

    How can I check my router's firewall status?

    Like how do I know if it's on or not? Right now, it says I have a unsecured wireless network and that anyone can connect to my network. Does this got anything to do with router's firewall being off? Thanks.

    Where is your PC case? - Left or Right?

    My case is on the floor to my right because there's another desk very close my mind to the left. My case has a window on the left so I put it slanted... like this ||||desk|||| \\\case\\\ so I can still see the pretty window.
