I get the impression that the order was to begin logging, not to provide past logs which as you say, they wouldn't have been able to in the first place.
  • MrGuvernment
They do not log or store apparently (at least that the claim), they can be forced to do so and they start doing so once forced if I understand this: https://protonmail.com/blog/transparency-report/ ProtonMail may also be obligated to monitor the...

If it was court ordered, and such orders are legal in the country they operate in, then there's not much they could have done aside from moving their HQ and/or servers. Something else to keep in mind when choosing your "privacy oriented"...

OpenDNS as well for good ways to block traffic in general you do not want them accessing.

The rates vary, nothing is 100% consistent, You are selling mining power via nicehash, it is about demand and how many other people are selling at the same time. I can go from making $4 one second to it spiking upto $10 for a second and back...

Due to their issues in the past with breeches and their 'cloud' stuff, I would prefer the other brands over them.

Hardware Cal. are likley to come in higher end design monitors, not "gaming" monitors. Gaming monitors are high Mhz and low response time usually sacrificing colour quality.

Router support VLANS I presume... for that you would use ACL with in the router or pending on the switch, the switch. Block each VLAN from seeing each other as a rule, I would make a 3rd vlan for the MFP - you then allow your 2 company vlans...

Whats your budget? How many devices? Will they be using the same router for internet access?

Its a personal preference thing really. Either is viable. Depends on how much effort you want to put into it. Some will tell you 'Hey this is HF build it yourself!'

I would agree. My inland 1tb premium runs a handful of vms very well. It can also be found for quite abit cheaper and if the endurance is accurate should last a good while.

@_Gea This is for VMWare workstation to run 4 VM's.....i presume this is not a business case use for any critical production workloads, so the DC variants and the price are total overkill for the users needs. If the OP is using VMware workstation...

Properly, it should, but since [H] doesn't fall under any real privacy data laws, they do not need to, but deleting accounts is just nice to do sometimes versus leaving open old accounts, which say later gets comprised and now someone is posting...

If it is that bad I would start an RMA process or at least contact their support, if something is wrong it is only going to get worse with time if the fans are out of balance or something.

This is a touchy subject but the facts are that in most residential use cases cat 6 has nothing to offer over cat 5e. Both will run up to 5Gbps at 100M. Both will run 10Gbps to 55M. That said, I run cat 6 everywhere as the price difference...

Make sure you can get Cat6a , this has the higher frequency of 500 which allows 10Gb (officially supported) slavie what equipment costs so much more for Cat 5 vs 6? the cost of cabling is really a non issue and anything past that they all use...

I am curious, how will Google and Apple make money now, do they still take a commission some how? Or just charge developers a flat fee or something to make their money off the stores?

If you got hacked solely from visiting a website then you choose to install something from that website or allowed something to be run from that website which gave someone access to your system, something you should not have. And ya, if you are...
