My Sapphire x800pro vivo had 1.39 stock vcore. I'm currently at 630 core, 596 mem with 1.6vcore on water. I dont' have the box anymore though, so i can't tell you the serial code.

As a heads up, if you're using an SATA hard drive, make sure you use slot 3 or 4. If you use 1 or 2 you won't be able to OC past 240mhz htt.

I woudln't consider Fortron a cheap PSU. I'll look into measure the voltage on my psu, i've got a nice multimeter...will have to do a little research before i start poking that psu.
