Is going back to 327 going to actually stop BF4 from working at all or only slow it down slightly? Because with the older drivers your GTX670 would be getting 80K ppd.

Would need to see the start of the log but one immediate suggestion would be to revert to older drivers like the v326 or v314. v331 is known to not play nicely with folding unless you have a 780ti or Titan.

bruce may not be a big folder like some. he folds for The Genome Collective which is one of the earliest teams in Folding. He folds as b.borden.

Use a closed loop to water-cool the cards using generic VGA coolers instead of full-cover ones. That way you can re-use the blocks and they are much cheaper as well. Then cool the closed loop's water with a heat exchanger pushing the heat into the mains water as suggested above. BTW, this...

Had this same problem with a GTX260 and now a GTX460. Both hung on Updating core and needed a manual replacement from another machine as they just kept on downloading 2.22

My post should of course have said 44000, not 440000, but still crazy. That card is in a rig with a 465 which is reporting 85K ppd for an 8057.

A 450GTS caught a 8057 unit and is reporting 440000 points per day! Insane but hell, make hay while the sun shines!
