hmm... I'm sure you could get it to fit. There is enough clearance to account for the thickness of the side panel. The foam+side panel is probably what will put you over the edge. What I think I might do if i were you is just install it and let it press into the foam for a few minutes...

Someone earlier said they were touching the foam with the top of their thermalright silver arrow (non-windowed) I have a windowed with a thermalright archon (taller than the thermalright silver arrow) and it fits my windowed FT02 just fine.

looks like corsair posted USB 3.0 updates so people can upgrade their usb 2.0 for a couple of their cases. Anyone heard anything about the status of this for the FT02? i'm dyying to get a case. It's really annoying to have your computer sitting out cause you want a certain case.
