I finally got a satisfied configurations and build :). It's near silent.
CPU: i7-4970k
CPU cooler: noctua NH-C14
RAM: Hyperx fury 16GB (8x2)
MOBO: Asus maximus vii impact
PSU: Silverstone sfx 600w
GPU: Asus strix gtx 970
2x 120mm cpu header side fans at 200-700 rpm during normal use

Mine is also in the mid 60's I think you need more cool air from the side, check your fan rpm. I am still trying to figure out how to lower the vrm temp.
I don't know much about other case(s), I'm just saying your design telling me all the hot air will go to GPU because it's at the top if it stand on that orientation.
I think you should turn it upside down so the GPU is sucking the air in from below and the hot air exhausts upward and and also the same for exhausting the PSU out.
I can put the panel back in just fine, although I think it might be touching it which I don't really mind. I think it align perfectly with the dual fans and outer frames. If I look from top down position, I can barely see it.
So I recently build m1 v3 with Asus strix 970 and you guy were right that the PCB is too wide, but since I cannot get a refund I made lemonade, and cut a bit off.
The Coolermaster Glacer 240l has a pump that is too wide where the tubes are coming out on each side due to the daughter board and...
Does anyone know how long the custom inspection process usually take? It has been stuck for over week at L.A.. I've search the forum and couldn't find the answer. I have all the part except the case to start building.
