So, in HDR1000 your settings (which is basically increasing gamma from 1.0 to 1.25) still gives a very washed out image for me. I had to go for
Brightness 52%
Contrast 80%
Gamma 1.15
Digital Vibrance 60-70% depending on taste
This seems like an awfully big difference to just be panel variance...
Thank you! I'll try these settings as soon as I get off from work. I don't really have an alternative to this monitor ATM, but I do want to work out if something is faulty. I can def. say that my C7 OLED handles HDR beautifully in both W11 disktop and games, while my FV43 does not. This was not...
Toggling this a couple of times does not make a difference for me.
Are you saying you are running this monitor in HDR mode on Windows 11? I just can't get it to look acceptable.

That's a pain...
I got the FV43 a couple of weeks ago but I've been fighting with gamma issues since then, especially in HDR. In HDR colors are very washed out and I can't get a proper image using any nvidia control panel tweaks or profiles. The image looks good in SDR if I pull down gamma to 0.7 in Nvidia...
