    Could be windows update taking up a lot of ram. Show PID/command line column in task manager, then match it to the PID of windows update from services tab or the svchost with "netsvcs" in the command line. When windows update checks for updates the process can take up a lot of ram.

    Possible problem installing ICC profile

    I use Argyll CMS to load my profiles. I have a batch file that runs AsAdmin via task scheduler at login. I can also run it via Girder+remote in case something resets it, like a game or whatever. dispwin -d 1 -c "<path to profile>\<profile>" Though I did just try with the W7 instructions...

    Poorly configured router/firewall? It shouldn't be routing private addresses over a wan link. Kind of suprising that TWC isn't dropping the packets once it hits their network.

    XBMC could be a solution for some streams. I know there is a youtube plugin and you can select which audio device to use. Though I don't know how well it will play with games using fullscreen. You may have to use fullscreen windowed/windowed mode.

    Ground loop? If you have cable internet, it could cause a ground loop with your electrical lines.

    Try rebooting your modem. When I get similar packet loss (at the first public hop) that's the usual fix. I usually won't notice it until I try gaming.

    SMTP 550 is usually when the recieving email address doesn't exist or the server rejected the email. Have you set up HP ePrint to accept mail from your other email address? Barracuda could be modifying outgoing emails and causing hpeprinter.com to reject them. Or it could be blocking them...
