    Tube gauge question

erm, yes, yes it has. Its been proven many times, theres thermal/fluid engineering principles on it, for gods sake. The question is HOW MUCH, not IF. 3/8ths, imo, is about the sweetspot for usability vs performance with modern gear.

    SystemCooling + AC

lol at this thread, eh TN, you did noticed he mentioned the pump overclocking, yes? Hilarity... does mention the low noise though, which is admirable - my main aim for watercooling at any rate.

Kick in the pants for watercooling?

    1) isnt the aquagates pump built in too? 2) its 2" of air and aluminium, and the base is only 1/4" thick max.

Im Bored-Thinking of Going Back to H2O Cooling

Erm, 6 blocks are going to do BETTER in a half inch loop, theres overall less restriction. Man, some of these 'low flow' people are completely oblivious to science. Before you jump down my throat, if i was watercooling again id run 3/8ths.

    Apogee to Storm

A second radiator would improve temps considerably at that noise level/fan power.

How's this Swifty kit for a newb?

As long as you follow the instructions to the letter, and be careful, no reason why it should be hard. That kit should perform excellently, as its a great pump, a top class block and a dual fan rad ;)

Need Urgent Help. - My Video Is Whacked...

Check for leaks (obviously you have, but check the actual AGP slot) and check for thermal contact. You may have to reseat your gpu. sure its not a driver issue etc?

Should I add a 2nd rad? If so, in parallel or series?

Noones mentioned the fact that your water temps are pretty high given your ambient, that ive seen. Your idle water temp shouldnt be that much above the ambient air temperature (ie, <2 deg C) Of course, your sensor could be off that your measuring water temperature with. Post some pic's of...

water loop, how to organize it.

You've got a dangerden RBX block, which i believe has some kind of jet plate? (correct me if im wrong, i cant be arsed looking) If thats the case, go pump > cpu because you want the pressure to go through those wholes unrestricted. I think. lol :P

    Project: Bringing Water to Arrakis

proj·ect ( P ) Pronunciation Key (prjkt, -kt) n. A plan or proposal; a scheme. See Synonyms at plan. An undertaking requiring concerted effort. I dont see how its 'hardly a project'... ive seen people put a few cold cathodes in and some fans and call it more than that... nice...

Volcano 11+ Fan just needed to be turned around?

I tried it and found no difference in cooling - over time it seemed to get hotter - but then, i have the ducting mod which might make a difference... I'll try it again just to see :)
