The radiator is inside the case... I have it setup so that the fan is screwed directly to the rear 120mm exhaust and then the radiator is screwed to the fan... The fan is sucking air through the radiator instead of blowing the air through... Are you saying just put the unit outside the case...

I got one of these recently and it was easy to setup and keeps my e6300 overclocked to 3110GHz at 32c idle... it gets to 55c - 58c while running Orthos. Pretty decent temps I think. (haven't checked around) My fan is only running at 1500rpm and it has an adjustable fan controller. For $50...

Tom's Hardware just reviewed the F-20... http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/02/16/is_the_acer_f20_the_ferrari_of_lcd_monitors/ maybe you can get some tips on how to calibrate the AL2032. I think they reviewed that one too...
