It may be a misinterpretation of the monitoring software for the VRM temp. The other value is more correct.

Any updates on the bending problem and solutions? My 7970 bends like mad when the fans are attached and I have to hold the board artificially upwards a little in order not to get black screens and various restarts.

I really like the mainstream cards from AMD, they have a very good price/performance ratio
