What if I just bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148886 Used fraps. Would this be fast enough to support fraps without bogging me down?

They range from low 20's to high 70's. low 20's in WvW. I also run xsplit and that kills me by 15-20 fps I found out.... :(

Thanks everyone for the replies. I OCed and got 0 gain in frame rates so I guess the game is more CPU bound right now then GPU. I also had a driver crash after 20mins or so--I then set everything back. I guess I will wait for the 660ti if they improve the GPU use. Thanks all, have a great week!
