    If it's SQL Server 2000, switching from Simple to Full for the Recovery Model leads to the transaction log no longer being truncated on a Complete Backup, which leads to runaway transaction log file size. Been there; done that, but with running out of disk space being the event that made the...

    Perhaps you have a duplicate row in vwMMAllKeyholders. Try SELECT * FROM vwMMAllKeyholders WHERE NameLast = 'kinley' ORDER BY NameLast, NameFirst; to see if you do.
