Would there be any problems with the differing ground, or the fact the card pulls MOST of it's power from the AGP slot, which wouldn't be sourced from the same PSU?

PIxelview 6800NU was 12x1,4, unlocked to 16x1,6, running at 400/900 stable and smooth. Best $269 I ever spent. .
