MSI Reveals Optix MEG381CQR 37.5-Inch HDR600 144 Hz Curved Monitor

Ok this kind of hits all the marks for me. As long as there is a way to turn off those fugly RGB lights. I guess it depends on the price as well.

    The INQUIRER reaches end-of-life

I remember visiting this site all the time back when Mike Magee was running it. It fell off a bit and I haven't visited it much recently. Sad to see it go :(

    Seasonic X-750 750W PSU 10 Year Redux @ [H]

I had a feeling Seasonic would be one of the last reviews as they, like the [H], are one of the few places that don't deal in BS. Unabashed Seasonic fanboy. Thanks for the review Paul_Johnson I've appreciated all your reviews.

What Really Happened with Vista: An Insider’s Retrospective

Old garbage computers (especially low memory) and Nvidia drivers were the biggest issues IMO. I remember a couple of studies that showed NVIDIA caused 30% or more BSODS. I had an ATI card and had no issues, but saw my friends computers run into many BSODs with NVIDIA. I honestly liked Vista and...

PSA: Your Older 32-Bit Apps Won't Launch after Installing iOS 11

Nothing nefarious about this. It just means that there is no 64-bit version of the app so you won't be able to install it because it is 32-bit so of course you won't be able to install it. This is more referring to apps that had been removed from the app store that you could still download if...

Western Digital Ships 12 TB WD Gold HDD

HDD prices are taking too long to go down in price. That price sounds more reasonable for a 16tb hdd whenever that comes out.

iPhone X: Apple Unveils the “Future of the Smartphone” for $999

If the iPhone X's price wasn't so crazy I'd consider it. My iPhone 6 is showing a touch of age mainly due to the limited ram and the iPhone 8 looks like a good step up. In the end though if I don't get a jailbreak for the 8 then I will probably just swap out the battery and hold onto the 6 for...

Mozilla Prepares to Fight Back against Google's Chrome Browser

I haven't run into any memory leaks besides those caused by a few faulty addons on non-beta Firefox's since beta Firefox 4. It's always used less memory than Chrome whenever I used that.

    MPC-HC Is Officially Dead

OMG no! It was light weight, simple, and amazing. This is a very sad day. I tried MPC-BE for a little while and wasn't a big fan. VLC is just unpleasant. Hopefully some people help him out!
