After using an email address that I would associate with most online sites I would subscribe to for bnet registration, I switched it to a second email account that I rarely use for anything.
I still get a LOT of spam and phishing attempts to my old address but have yet received a single spam...
The chances you would get banned for using darkd3 are nil. Jay Wilson pretty much said as much a bit later.

"As long as it is not a cheat, no ban is likely."
I had no idea this was included in the current bill, really hope this gets a LOT more attention and people continue to boycott GoDaddy, its no wonder they were in full support of the bill, it was going to make them a lot more money taking away their competition.
Just curious but whats the point of 4G when you have extremely low monthly bandwidth caps? Grats on being able to blow all your bandwidth in a few hours?
One big problem I have with this service, I noticed its streaming at 750KB/s (roughly 2.7GB per hour) so if you have ANY bandwidth cap, playing games via OnLive is going to absolutely wreck your cap unless you just play very casually.
Maybe I'm wrong but what resolution were you playing at 2 years ago? It just seems to me that no matter how low you change the settings, there is no possible way you're going to play at 1920x1080 with a gfx card that only has 256mb of ram.
You can try dropping your resolution way down, playing...

You do realize the game is going live for collector's edition players on the 22nd which is just over 2 weeks away. Pretty much what you see now is what you're going to get.
Been wanting to upgrade from a 9600gt that I've had for a while now and this card seemed to a great choice. Ended up picking up a normal clocked EVGA 768gb version but was able to easily push it from 675MHz to 855. Doing a few quick benchs, that OC alone gave a nice ~20% fps increase and that's...
I'm not so sure it's JUST to sell off information, perhaps they're ready to branch out and not just offer games. If they can show other software developers there's a market via steam for their products, we may see steam growing even larger in terms of what they sell.
