Make sure it say shipped and sold from newegg. The current link is to a 3rd party seller:

Something about that name doesn't sit right with me. Some of the 3rd party stores are okay, sometimes they are direct from the manufacture. But on newegg I would only buy from newegg. You can check each sellers return policy. I would pass personally.

I've put in a cancellation request and already ordered replacements directly through Newegg. The seller I ordered from initially was actually not even that one you listed, but another one with zero feedback. It's been a while since I've shopped for pc parts and I forgot newegg is a marketplace.
 
Thanks Duke! I got two of the 2tb 980 pros. I read about the firmware and plan on updating them before I bother installing anything on them.
 
If you don't want to wait too long check if you can do local pickup. It will have you pickup at a local best buy if its available.

Yup that's what I did. And while the code only works once per customer, I just used a different e-mail address for the second one :D Also 5% cashback from Rakuten
