You need to install all your drivers.
Did you let the tool DL the image, or point it to an ISO?

Since I don't have a DVD drive, I have all the manufacturer drivers on a USB to install.
Iso to usb.

I bought a cpu and figured I'd buy a 1k psu just to see, the one in the company is 750 seasonic and other is 800w. I also bought a cheap flash drive to load win10 on.
One of those worked. I've been installing and loading everything fine atm. A couple of games loaded w/o problem. User benchmark passed with flying colors and did have the no cpu error
I still have the issues on device management but as I look at all my other builds(3 others) they all have a few of them and have been running w/o issue for years.
