What are you nerds playing this weekend?

More Far Cry 6 New Game+

Just taking my sweet ol time trying to 100% it. I have a ways to go, I just started the two rappers portion of the story.

It's a Dead Space 2023 weekend for me. I went cheap and subbed for a month of EA Play to have access. So while I normally take forever to finish games, I should be moving through this one relatively quickly. Shouldn't be a problem; the remake is the same atmospheric masterpiece that I remember from years ago. Having a great time with it!

Assassin's Creed Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarok. Once this is done I will be finished with all major story content aside from the extra modes which I don't care to play.

This last weekend didn't do much playing but did do a lot of modding of Fallout 4; to include creating a mod for a location on the West Coast.

Started replaying Red Faction only to discover that Pure Faction has been abandoned.
Discovered Dash Faction is superior and I love it.

Replaying this at 4k is so good, with no crashing and no bugs, that I'm just going to replay ALL of them again!

Just finished 'Deliver us the Moon', great game. Not perfect and anyone that puts a quicktime minigame in should be beaten with a salmon, but overall really worth it (short game).

Runescape lol, it's double XP for 48 hours of game time for a week. Trying to get max 200 million exp on all the skill levels
Far Cry 6 New Game+, I'm still working on it as I want to 100% the game and collect everything on the map.

Played through Doom 2016 last weekend.. fired up Doom Eternal and plan on finishing it by Sunday. I must say, I'm 4 levels into Eternal and it's about 40% as enjoyable as 2016. The puzzle and platform aspect really ruins it for me.

Heh, exactly why I quit all (most?) MMO's Still do Warframe, but that can be productive in as little as ten minutes a day...

Oof, that's dedication. Why?
Cuz it's been like years since I've played any of these, and I had been reminiscing about playing the first, so I was like why not all of them?

My face after about 20hrs of Guerrilla:

I hear that, I have looked at a few old beloved games and facepalmed about how clunky they are these days. I think it's easy to forget how much gaming in general has improved.

Dying Light 2...I just finished my first ever playthrough of Dying Light 1 (plus expansion) and loved it so I'm really looking forward to the sequel

Tried out scorn.. U hh very boring beg. Is this game just like walking around and controlling doors and machinery? Just want to know ahead of time bc if so don't want to waste my time

Yeah, I liked it but it is mostly a walking simulator with puzzles. Combat is 15%~ish and mostly avoidable. Atmosphere is creepy and lovely but a niche thing for sure.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm on gamepass so I don't like to waste time with games that might bore me lol. Decided to try death loop but it's kinda confusing as to what is going on but the gameplay is miles better than scorn..

If you look at the picture when I click on pmw the fans just go into full speed. Eventho I check smart fan the fans still just go to max?
Also If I set fan curve in bios for the fans on the radiator will that override the corsair fan curve in windows? Or does that need to be disabled

Wrong thread?

Tried out moonscars and ghost song both were just OK but didn't hook me enough to keep playing.. Fired up Eastward and finally finding something interesting to play.

Returnal was everything I wish Scorn was.
Is returnal actually good? I literally only played 15 mins of scorn but it was terribly boring and kind of laggy.. I have a 5800x and 3070ti with 32gb memory so there's no reason for it to be laggy it's not even an open world game..
