paid for my order Jan 21st and 2/12/2023 and still not shipped. I would look look at a EK block or any other block then order from this jack ass. And you can not put a order in unless its in stock because you get the line through the options and it stops the order.
 
I ordered a 4090 TUF block on January 12th. I am not expecting it until March. They are overwhelmed with 4090 TUF orders and I just saw that they are not taking more orders on the site for the time being.
 
I paid for a intel 1700 socket (Raptor lake) CPU block. As for calling? I don't see a phone # on the site and i looked. After looking on reddit and google these people never ship on time and it is almost always more then a month out 2 months is normal one guy paid for a gpu block paid for the order and after a few months called and they said it was 5-6 months OUT from THAT date not the date he ordered from. I won't ever order from these people again i don't give a shit what my temps are with other blocks.
 
Yes I heard they are horrible with lead times. They make nice blocks but nothing worth waiting for. Honestly it seems like they I only have 1 or 2 machines making blocks.
 
Seems like they should have put up a notice that they are overwhelmed with orders at this time and fulfilled those before taking on more orders. I hope some of you post pics of your blocks and builds. I have always lusted over these!

More of the same from them unfortunately, pop up every once in a while with new items or "stock" to snag people who weren't burned before by their bad customer service.

Also, it turns out if you have a pop-up blocker you don’t see the little message that they put will be 2 to 3 weeks before shipping because they’ve left that information in a fucking pop-up not on the webpage it’s self regardless it won’t ship in that amount of time, either from what my research says and if anybody has the phone number post it because I can’t find that anywhere on the website either I guess they have that in a fucking pop-up as well

I understand your frustrations, I have two Foundation blocks from them and had no issues getting them but I've had them for over two years. They are gaining popularity and are struggling with capacity it seems. I dhad heard some horror stores about the 3090 Ti KP blocks and checked reddit before I ordered, so I kinda knew what to expect. I figure either this thing will ship or the Heatkiller will start shipping and I'll cancel my Optimus block.
 
Just got shipping confirmation for tomorrow. Thank God this is over. Will never be buying from them again.
 
Been less than 4 weeks? I've been waiting for my de10 nano for nearly two years now, iirc. Get gudd, mate! :p

it was the 3090 kingpin block(There wasnt a 3090ti kp block). That was a 6 month wait for me. As for optimus, great to deal with, i called them last week regarding a foundation acrylic top that had cracked. They had one shipped by the end of the day and it showed up the following day.


After the KP Block they completely revamped in how they sell stuff. They make it and add the qty to the website and then its available for order. they dont do preorders anymore because of the bitching and complaining. They used to have a thing on the website that said there are shipping delays but people didnt read it and would just go to the internet and bitch and complain so they made it a popup that you have to accept to see the site and here we are with bitching and complaining.
If you want quality and are willing to wait optimus is great, the after purchase support is top notch.
If your to impatient and dont care about quality then you arent their target customer.

You already said you missed that it told you the eta would be a few weeks out. Well, it was right... It's only been the few weeks it told you it would be, yet you're complaining and saying you'll never buy from them again? As I said, failure to read...
