I am thinking between
Asus Strix 6800 XTXH Top Gaming OC
and
Msi RTX 3080Ti Gaming X Trio

MSI is some €200 more expensive, but I mine about 20h per day when not gaming, and mining performance is $5,63 vs $4,09 per day. It will pay off those €200 after some 6 months. I can most likely boost that mining performance if I do manual mining instead of Nicehash.
But on the other side my monitor (4k/120hz) is Freesync only and XTXH is supposedly trading blows with 3090. On top of that Asus is watercooled and I do overclock manually.
RT performance and DLSS is a bonus, but not a must.

Help me decide :)

If you're actually mining 20 hours a day, wouldn't the $200 be paid-off in 1.5 months or so? I'd get the 3080 Ti, it has more features and mining performance.

While I was thinking between those cards, MSI 3080 Gaming Z Trio showed up in stock and I snatched it.
It's waaay cheaper and only a tiny bit more expensive than what I'm selling my 2080Ti for.

Damn shame XTXH is not being talked about much.

Even less I think, at current prices 20 hours a day with a 3080 Ti should be able to pull around $180 a month if you unlock the full eth mining capability with the right software.

I was calculating the difference between 6900XT and 3080Ti. So about $1.5/day, less since I don't mine the entire 24 hours. Takes about 7 months of mining at the current price to pay off the €200 extra 3080Ti costs.

I got 3080 LHR which is mining about 68-73mh/s at 260w. I'm fine with that.
