[H] Stock Alerts, Tips & Tears for Nvidia, AMD, Intel, PS5, XBOX

I was somehow able to order the 3070 from the Zotac store, no queue etc at ~1am cst. The 3080/90 are listed still but even more inflated. The price at $870 is better than no 3070. Thanks again for the heads up!

I'd typically stick with evga/msi/Asus but even scalpers are moving these zotacs at silly prices, I'm not selling this and I'm just happy to possibly get my first 3 series card - assuming it ships, haha. The order at least processed.

Was able to pick up a MSI 3060 Ti for 679+plus tax and MSI 3070 for 829 plus tax fwiw, both LHR, not sure if I will pick both of 'em up since LHR but winning was fun :) Happy to ship out at cost if anyone needs 'em (one will probably be claimed by a friend).

Couldn't get anything from best buy. Guess it didn't drop in my area because even when they were instock it'd put me in the queue and then say "nothing available for pickup within 250 miles" :(

I've gotten this error everytime for the past 3 or 4 months. I can't tell if it's just a generic "out of stock" error or because I live in the middle of nowhere.

Probably the latter. I finally got through with one card, it was a 3070TI for $1k so I guess not many people wanted it. Then it did the geographic check and told me I couldn't buy it. Kinda sucks, some people were getting 3 x 3080s at $800-900 apiece in other areas.

Best buy drop is still happening. A 3080 just got added (not in my local area of course). Apparently there's a browser plugin that can refresh your position in the queue so you always get through (according to one guy who got multiple cards). Not sure where to find it at the moment though.

Also, for the bestbuy drop of FE cards this week here's the latest info I have from a store email:
"Tickets will be given out 7AM Friday for the event, however I should let you know there is already a fairly substantial line outside now that plans on campil til Friday"

I think I'm not even going to bother trying to show up.

What store email? That's literally the first confirmation I've seen anywhere.
If you can post a pic that would be good.

Shoot, I just realized I had the whole 10% off coupon at BB, I doubt I'll ever even get to place an order there though per the craziness. My zotac order seems to be going through but... It'd have been great to get a 3080 for the same price.

I had a 3080ti but it was the silly priced one - even w/ the 10% off. I wasn't looking to flip it but I don't think I'd have anyone to sell to at cost atm. Oh well, I stalled on the countdown. That's the closest I've seen is a true countdown on BB doing it manually.

evga b-stock just started drop. $1700 watercooled 3090, $860ish 3080. Store is broken. Store broke for me again. 3080 URL is 404'ing. My cart is now empty of the 3080, fml.

Same story different week my friend....
Yeah. I got in before all the bots I guess. Site was running fine, had a 3080 in my cart, was almost through the check-out process (selected payment method) and then the site went to shit.

Lesson learned for next time: Open a million tabs for each step in the process (ie when trying to open your cart, ctrl + click it about 10 times). Eventually one will go through.

Well, 2080s and 1080s are available on bstock and site is working fine now. Guess the bots turned off.
Scalapability and/or Hash Rate is the name of the game ... in the end its luck and the ms you click submit, that's how I probably got lucky with a 3080/2070s few weeks ago.

Yeah. I just thought it was funny how as soon as all of the good mining cards were gone the site instantly went back to normal. I mean, a 1080ti watercooled for $630 isn't bad in today's market, but they don't want them. Meanwhile all the 1660 Supers and 2070s were gone after the 3080s, 3070s, and 3090s.

More leaks reporting BB in-store stock is around 1/2 of the previous restocks, approximately 50 total cards per store. Again this is just word of mouth, so who knows.
I'm also seeing people say it's Thursday restock, not Friday... Which seems increasingly unlikely.

best buy's website now emails you a verification code, you can choose to stay verified after you enter the code, and then they reserve the item in your cart for 15 minutes.

*you can even navigate away from your cart and its still reserved

Rtx 3070s just dropped on evga's site. I think the site will probably go to crap again but I was able to get through just fine and place an order. Apparently it's one every 90 days, kinda glad I don't have to go through that cancer again.

Lucky mofo just as I was on the phone selling off my 3080 TI locally lol

Meanwhile the supposed "queue" I got in last year for any number of cards still hasn't sent a single email

So this was regular cards or more b stock? Nice job!

Zotac actually shipped the card today, their site is slammed. I really don't know how I even ordered it... Last night no queue etc. This whole process is a disaster on these sites.

Bestbuy allowing tents on their grounds? Surprising. Figured they'd limit it to chairs. Tents make the place look like a homeless camp. Where I live the BB would definitely not allow this.

Zotac's site is the best experience I've had so far. Best buy at least has some sort of queue (by GPU model instead of by customer) but then it is for in-store pickup only and restricts you geographically... after you select a card and queue so you wait and see and get denied over and over. Evga today was by far the worst, no queue or anything, just a mad dash of bots and people trying to get through 404s and random webpage errors.

They have the slightly cheaper 3060ti version for sale tonight. $620 + roughly $30 s/h (no tax unless in CA).
