This isn't always easy to find and I came across a thread earlier today that made me think the seller didn't realize they didn't need to accept a normal PayPal payment (or PayPal at all) to use their shipping.

https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now. Just login and ship. No linked transaction needed.

EDIT: Since other options have been listed that seem to offer easy and cheap shipping without dealing with the devil that is PayPal I'm listing them here as well.

https://goshippo.com

I used the paypal shipping link to get access to "commercial" rates rather than retail for my very infrequent hardware sales here. It worked well enough, but once I created an account on PirateShip.com I never went back to paypal. PirateShip is just a lot better interface and afaik the same commercial rates.

Pirate ship is stupid easy and has excellent rates.

I've used both pirateship and goshippo. Pirateship is much easier to use. Goshippo gives you rates for everything (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), not just USPS. It's a little harder to use as its geared toward large sellers and not necessarily someone who ships once every couple weeks. I've primarily used goshippo since it gives you all the rates and not just USPS. Once you get the hang of it, it's not hard to use. Pirateship also charges you right away. Goshippo batches all your shipments for payments later (not sure how much later off the top of my head...maybe once a week?)

They wait for a month or till your bill hits $100, whichever is earlier.

I haven't sent anything via pirateship but I have a monthly subscription that arrives through it and it's always awesome to see "Parcel Arriving Via Pirateship" once a month.

But maybe i'm just immature.
