So you own the device, and you own a license to the software, wouldn't that make it illegal to search through the contents without a warrant? Also, wouldn't that render all evidence stemming from Apple's finding not usable in court?
Constitutional amendments only apply to the government, not private entities, unless it can be seen that the private entities are working as an agent of the government.
