I only use 1 monitor for now, but soon im gona buy a 4 k gaming monitor.
Then i want a secondary monitor vertical. I have a Samsung 27" SA650 syncmaster and i tryed
to turn it vertical but everything looked blurry and my eyes started to hurt from reading any text.
When it turns normal then there is no problems.

I know my monitor is old and only 60 hz but what kind of monitors do people use for verticals today ?
Im sure they dont use a expensive gaming monitor for that purpose but it looks like a standart one.

You have to adjust ClearType to get the text to look good on a vertical monitor.

The Samsung SyncMaster usually does work well as a vertical monitor, but you have to be aware of the BGR/RGB subpixel issue with ClearType. That's why it affects how reading text feels for you.

Also MVA panels don't always have great vertical viewing angles. I had a MVA years ago and it was not good vertically, I eventually switched to an IPS 1920x1200 panel that was perfect. I did run ClearType tuner as suggested above, that does help.

What ips monitor would be the best for a secondary ?
Dosent need to be expensive :D

Yes, if by "adjust" you mean "turn it off". Cleartype doesn't support portrait orientation. Your options are grayscale AA or no AA.
