Have it in an old box (i5 4400 16GB DDR3 1600, Corsair AX1200). CPU utilization is nil. I have another rig with a Ryzen 2700X and 1660 Ti 6GB and that one gets 24MH/S which is right about where it should be.
Played around with mem/gpu clock, undervolting, etc. Keep fans at 100% (a bit loud LOL) but junction temp stays below 85C, default fans it was 104C LOL!
I'm seeing others getting 90+ MH/S. Am I missing something?
At this rate I'm thinking about selling the card as they're fetching nice coin and who knows what things will look like in a few months.

Even without C Mode I can get ~ 93 MH//S using Teamredminer. I run 1700 core 1100 memory and 950MV voltage to keep temps down.
C-Mode requires you to be in linux which is why i don't use it but supposedly you can get closer to 100 if you do.

My 2 will do 93 in nanominer with no extra tuning. I run them at about 85 with the power cranked way down because i have them packed into a small ATX case and it is kind of a multi purpose box. Well it was, now that prices are crazy it has only mined for like 4 months.

That's exactly the settings I'm running.
Funny thing is now it's averaging 90mh/s!
Host is Win10.

Well then i would say you are good! I have 3 Radeon VII's and one of them barely manages 90 where the other 2 are 92-93 so just like with any algoritim there is a certain amount of "silicon lottery" that comes into play in terms of how well the card will do regardless of the settings. 90 is certainly in the right ballpark where as 70 is would concern me.
