This seems like the only one available:

VIVO Height Adjustable VESA Adapter

It may work but hopping for some smaller and more stout. I just need to line up some different Dell displays, less that 2". The last few years I guess no one cares about putting the mount on TVs or display in the actual center of the screen. :(

Umm... none of those do what I'm wanting or what the one I linked to does. :)

I misread - thought you wanted something smaller that mounted to the wall. You weren't very descriptive in what size monitor, how heavy, how many, what arrangement/layout you actually wanted (vert vs. horz), etc.

Why not browse yourself? Seems there are other options there.

It also wouldn't be all that hard to take some of these apart and add/mix-in your own added hardware by getting a bit crafty with a Home Depot visit and then assembling it in order to get exactly what you want/need in your setup...

Thanks for the info but still not any offset adapter. Like something you would use with an existing setup. An adapter, like in the link I have in the OP, VIVO Height Adjustable VESA Adapter.

OK, I guess I just don't get why you'd need to move/offset the monitor further unless you have a mount arm that doesn't allow for any adjustment. You mention "different Dell display, less that 2" - no idea what kind of problem you are actually trying to solve without a picture or a bit more detail to go on. Guess you could just replace whatever mounting arm you currently have and get a better one that is more adjustable? But it sounds like you already have a solution that you think will work.

In me sig: 2 Dell 30" U3011 on Ergotron HD Dual-Monitor Arm

It's now a U3017 and a U3011, "The last few years I guess no one cares about putting the mount on TVs or display in the actual center of the screen"

Yeah, with just one display, not much of a reason to just move it up a little.

I've searched for this type of adapter many, many, many times. This one is the only one I have found, except for a few fixed adapters that are just a plate with two sets of VESA 100mm holes side by side.

Sometimes people need extra range - especially on larger monitors or systems with an over/under monitor. For me, I want a 32" 4K monitor above my 38" Ultrawide and I want to be able to drop in front of the 38" and be normal height. This type of adapter makes the arm sit higher on the monitor so you have more clearance.

Sort of like this:

All 3 of my monitors have different VESA placement, luckily I was able to simply adjust the individual arms to compensate. I'm not doing any vertical monitor placement though, so this concept is new to me. Looks like something that could come in handy though!

My example: Leftmost monitor VESA mount is at the bottom of the monitor

Rightmost monitor VESA mount is at the top.
