New AMD Ryzen™ Chipset Driver (2.13.27.501)

Seems identical to me. It supposedly fixes a problem with Ryzen Master and 5600X/5800X not showing voltages or something.

AMD I2C Driver1.2.0.1111.2.0.117
  • Fixed the Synchronization when there is a delay
  • Robust Error Handling in case of ghost interrupt

I feel like I generally know my CPU stuff, but what the hell is an I2C driver?

sorry... I think I fixed the link in my original post. Your link points to b450 chipset drivers.
same file for all the current chipsets, its just what i have.
edit: to make sure i wasnt lying it just looked and it is.

I run a fixed clock and voltage, would this have any benefit to me? I don't have their drivers or Ryzen Master installed. I'm guessing no..

Dumb question, but do I need to uninstall old drivers before the new one or will it just overwrite the old one?

From: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/chipset-install:
In most cases, the simple process of installing or upgrading the AMD Ryzen chipset drivers can be completed without issues. However, if there have been recent changes to your system hardware configuration or the currently installed chipset drivers are extremely outdated, then it is recommended to uninstall the existing chipset drivers before installing the new package. Performing the uninstall ensures a clean system and can help reduce issues or conflicts which may occur with the new installation.

NOTE! It is recommended only to use Windows Programs and Features to uninstall AMD Ryzen chipset drivers. Attempting to remove any chipset driver components using Device Manager or third-party driver removal software will have undesirable effects on the system.

No need to uninstall first. Just be ready for the installer to sit there for a good 5 minutes apparently doing nothing with a blank CMD window open. That is, supposedly, normal. AMD Quality Control.

Yep. AMD QC in action. It does eventually finish though, or at least it did for me.
