Just to let everyone know that I've run into more mark-ups from various storefronts, major and minor. This is beyond the initial iteration that came early this month with Asus and then most others. B+H (according to their email "not in stock, but we'll tell you in two weeks its still not in stock" messages) , a variety of smaller first party sellers, etc... are using similar pricing as Newegg and in some cases higher. I've run into certain Amazon first party / fulfilled by Amazon sellers that varied so not sure what's going on there between the basic 2021 tariff prices and something higher. I'm told that BestBuy has a chance of current "standard 2021 tariff" prices as does Microcenter (which are kind of a different situation as they're in person) but lots of other storefronts are using higher mark-ups but lower than the massive price increases you'll see from 3rd party resellers on Ebay et al.

It seems even the third-party sellers on Amazon have somewhat uniformly raised their prices (3070’s for ~$1000, 3080’s for ~$1700, 3090’s for ~$2400). Crazy times.

I just paid $100 to get in on the invite only cloud based bot snailbot provides on discord. Never used such a feature before.

Holy shit it’s incredible lol. $99 a month. Their service only works on Newegg but they guarantee it. It’s crazy how detailed the instructions are to setup, I’m setup and ready to go now. I’ve selected a 5900x for myself and a PS5 bundle to giveaway for free at my barbershop to promote it.

at this point, I just sit back until Newegg goes back in stock and boom, it’s done

Thanks for the heads up. So how did you know the shuffle was about to start? This was the closest I have got to a new GPU, but of course came up short and got the "You Almost Got It" email. I'm getting ready to give up.
They seem to do it every day during the weekday recently, usually starting around 1 pm est , so if you check that same link around that time it should go to the new one every day if there's one up.

I get updates in the discords I'm watching when they pop up though.
Wooo, I think

I got selected but when I click through my cart is empty. FML 😭
Says it is not live for another 15 minutes. :) Reading is fundamental.

Holy shit didn’t realize the 6900 XT has reached $1500+ even for the air cooled variants. Thought only the STRIX LC was that much.

I got selected as well for that saphire 6900 xt. I don't think I will pull the trigger at that price point.

Are we allowed to sell stuff now for what we bought it for? I got my shit cheaper then these prices so we don't get labeled as scalpers lol.
I think this is where we sit on this now, obviously the landscape has been changing. If you want to FSFT a NIB product, it has to be at the price you paid for it, and I would suggest posting proof along with the FSFT post. NIB products sold on FSFT for a profit will be looked at as scalping, and selling multiple NIB products will be HEAVILY frowned upon. FSFT is NOT a personal storefront and is outside of the spirit for which it exists.

$1400+ for PowerColor RedDevils and Sapphire Nitro+ 6900XT's seems a bigger step up than I recall previously ; last I remembered they were around around $1200-ish. Is this the new normal universally or just at certain stores? Congrats to those who got something they were seeking either way.

That reminds me, I recall talk of AMD 6800XT / 6900XT AIBs being rather limited (compared to NV AIBs) when it came to power draw or other related overclocking / undervolting stability elements. If they haven't already, I hope this is something they can fix with a new policy and/or new card BIOS / firmware, as with these rising costs especially users should be able to get every bit out of these AIBs.

A new normal due to the tariffs...

Was trying to sell a 5950x here for the price I got it here in the forums. For like 1025 or so I actually paid 1050. I guess its 125 ish over retail if you take taxes in account. But got scared a little for being banned forever and kept it. May be it was a sign from the Zen Gods to not let of the beast!
