Finally, someone else working with some wood :D

How much space for cables between that PSU and the fan?
 
It's very nice looking, but there may be a couple problems. Some thoughts:
  • The GPU's fan is sitting right up against the PSU. How is it going to breathe? And there's no allowance for GPUs that are wider than the standard two slots.
  • The PSU looks to be a full-sized ATX. Maybe a SFX/SFX-L unit would be better? There doesn't appear to be much if any allowance for cables.
  • The lower fan has no space to really work.
  • If you were to use a typical air-cooled tower heatsink on the CPU, it would have to be aligned for vertical airflow, otherwise it would be substantially blocked at the enclosure's rear.
  • If you were willing to make the case a little deeper, there would probably be enough room for a 240/280mm AIO CPU radiator (I can't determine if the fans are 120 or 140mm, hopefully the latter). Alternately, a 120/140mm unit at the top would do for lighter workloads.
  • Is the mainboard mounted directly to the enclosure's side panel? Doing so would make some maintenance tasks (e.g. CPU heaksink, rear-mounted m.2 slot) difficult.
  • I'm guessing external ports/switches/etc. are at the top?
 
Use Stainless Steel perf panel at front. Painted carbon is so china.

Thank you. what you are told me is potentially right. But are you afraid of new? you basically told me to use a normal case. I heard this many times before... temperature are so high, fans are so bad positioned and so on. There is no way to fry something. I build computers for very hot environments and works well.

I start an i9 9900K without any cooler an I render some 3d max files on it. Basically the processor was in 100% load and with 99-100 degree temp. After 10 minutes the the computer just shut down and that's it. It works perfectly after this with any cooler.

There is no painted carbon. It is perforated aluminum sheets
looks like the same stuff that's on the front of my fractal design case. It's painted carbon steel.

Still suggest stainless steel over painted(or anodized) aluminum. Use Real Steel™

I have a CNC router with 4 axes I can drill how many halls I want in almost any material. What is the purpose to use stainless steel?

Strength, durability, finish. wins all three against almost all materials. Some magnesium and Titanium alloys might be better, but hard to work with and $$$$
You dont need a router, you buy the sheet as perf sheet, it already has the holes.

Man, you are a rare metals fan :) I can fabric anything from metals. Basically I work in one shop that build customized cars from nothing. building computes for me it's a hobby. But I can take your challenge and I will build an entire case from stainless steel.

Oh....I didn't even realize that blue box was a gpu. I thought this was a mini itx iGpu build.

That's a weird and incorrect inference you're making. As I said, it's a very nice-looking enclosure. Were I in the market for a enclosure that was also a display piece, that's the kind of thing I might be looking for.

There's something to be said for "normal" cases. The designers/manufacturers have many years of experience and accepting input from users and reviewers on how to improve their product.

That's good that you're CPU isn't throttling or shutting the system down, but a few small functional, non-aesthetic changes to the enclosure could result in a system that isn't just under the line and cooking itself (and also be a bit easier to maintain).

Why? They're functionally identical as a fan grille. In black, they both look pretty much the same.
