No, it hasn't. The point is that if we now get random people coming in here saying they replaced the DP cable and still have issues, without confirming which exact cable they bought, we'll never know if it is.Has it definitely been established that it's DP cables that are causing this problem?
The poster I quoted for example said it is a high quality 8k cable. This is an 8k DP cable, it's not certified and thus cannot be used to check if this solves the issue. I haven't had any issues since replacing my cables with VESA certified ones, but it hasn't been long enough to say if this fixes anything.
