Anything customizable like the RAT series of mice?

You mean mechanically configurable, or configurable via software?

Most Logitech mice are very configurable via software, if you want to change button assignments, cursor speed, cursor acceleration, etc. Most also have weights inside the mice that you can remove if you prefer a lighter mouse.

Very much mean the physical config. I have NFL Lineman sized hands. Most commercial mice make my hand cramp - so being able to max out the size is a really big factor

I found I liked the customization of Rat mices to fit hand and adjust for for Claw grip but Mat Catz or whoever the parent company is their quality isnt up to par like Razer or Logitech. Gone though two Rat's in a quick time frame, I have an old G9X from ancient days my little brother uses for gaming out lasted the Rats

I ended up getting the new(ish) Rat 8. Pretty much like the old one - but missing one button config (there used to be two polling rate change buttons next to the lmb.

Still wish it was wider.

Frankly, I like it... But I'm also thinking about finding some of that dense foam with the sticky-back and trying to get it about 1/2 inch wider.

I feel you. Ocz had a big mouse but that is no more. I have an old rat 7 that still works fine though. It has to be at least 5 yes old now.

That's not old man, I still have my R.A.T. 1, although the left click has recently become intermittent. Trying to figure out how to get it open without breaking to put in some kaihli GM 4.0 buttons to give it some new life, although it's terrible for gaming (they put some input filtering on the sensor to help keep it in a straight line, even if that isn't your actual intention). Anyways, the other option would be to try to modify or even 3d print your own mouse/parts. I'm sure someone's done it before you could use as a pattern at least.

I wonder if you could 3d print a larger shell or other extension to accommodate a larger hand? Just to enhance an existing mouse
