How well would this combo go? Considering no overclocking done.

The AIO is 92mm in rad size: https://store.asetek.com/products/asetek-645lt-92mm-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler

Fan is this slim 92mm from Noctua: https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/nf-a9x14-pwm

Do you guys think this'll be fine in a Dan A4 SFX? Given that no overclocking and run with a slight undervolt?

Example build from reddit

Not sure how much truth to put to it, but GamersNexus just ran a video () that would make that seem like a very bad idea.

Yeah in this case pump is above the rad.

Going to see if I can find info on how this affects operation on the 645LT, though Asetek says that it's specifically designed to be mounted on this particular case with this exact orientation.

I'd be more concerned about reviews that use a 240 aio + a 10900k sitting around 70-80c gaming.

You can lower it's boost clock, but enough performance limiting would mean you were better off with a 10600k is such a thermally confined build.

I think it will be fine. I have a 10900k and without an overclock my temps didn't reach 60 in several cpu heavy games using a 280mm AIO. I'm overclocked to 5.2 at 1.295 now and gaming sometimes hits about 76 briefly but usually is in the low to mid 60's or lower. I would not use stock thermal paste get the kryonaut thermal paste it made a 10-15 degrees difference for me. Go for it!!
Also this may help it has a little more potential than the one you picked

Hey, guys, I have a question to ask regarding my setup.

This is my first time actually seeing the (CPU temps displaying) through the (NZXT Kraken Z63) and I'm a bit worried that with AIO on the i9-10900K it's going up high 71c when gaming and 33c when I'm on the PC or Idled.

- I don't fully understand how to OC and I personally don't like Over Clocking CPUs, is it true that Asus Mobo has auto OC this set to default?
- Is this normal for the i9-10900K to go up to 71c ??
- Can this auto OC be turned off without affecting my system?
- If so, what I'm I supposed to disable on AI Tweaker?

Thank You in advance for the help.

- I always clean the stock thermal off and use Noctua NT-H1 Pro-Grade thermal.
- I went into the BIOS and disabled MCE and that made a difference so far I'm now seeing my CPU temps at 28c-30c and I was gaming last night and temps were 40c-50c.
I will continue to test this look into temps while gaming tonight.
