Not in this reality. You are leaping to massive conclusions based on nothing.
I am showing an actual benchmark of actual GPU performance. This gives a rather decent sanity check on your outlandish flight of fancy (RTX 2060-2070 performance)
The iPad Pro GPU is more likely around GTX 1050 power level. Which again is a sane result given the amount of silicon involved. Actually even that is an impressive result.
Certainly Apple can devote more silicon, and greater cooling to achieve better results in the future, but today this is not something comparable to an RTX 2060.
