So I dusted off the 7 or 8 years old Caselabs TH10 magnum

Decided to move 3900x from my crystal 570x to this behemoth.

What the mother of F was I thinking.

7 x120mm radiators for a simple 2080ti and 3900x????

But it's fun to see how nostalgically large this gargantuan case is. I could fit 5 ATX boards in this thing.

It's still being built so no need to burn me for the cables etc...

I just traded the sth10 for a th10a with a custom made dual d5 distro but now that it is here Im thinking i really dont like it as much as i thought i would. Hoping to move it and work towards a S8 case and hope to find a pedestal for the s8 as well

Yeah now that I have my 3960x in the case im loving it. Runs so cool. My 2080ti peaks at like 45c. Avg 3440x1440 gaming load is loke 38c.

Cpu and board runs epic cool due to the air flow.

They just dont make cases good like this anymore. Its a shame Caselabs leveraged thier whole business on China. That was a very poor business choice. Hence why theyre out of business now.

Yeah they are missed for sure. I'm hoping they come back at some point

Ill post some updated pics later. Right now im gobbling down some Chicken Schwarma north of Atlanta yum yum

Somtimes I wished I would have purchased the caselabs that holds a mini itx alongside a big board at the same time. 2 PCs one chassis.

Been operational the day the 3960x dropped
ok cool.....i didnt realize the case swap went so fast with all the water lines. You just have to dress up the wires now for the most part? some of your pics are like super small btw

Those are super old pics. And i dont care about cable management on the cable side anyways. Waste of time. Its the pretty side that matters.

My s5 with pedestal fits 2x360 and a 240. Now I want to build in it again, damn it!

Ive redone eveything much cleaner since this thread was made.

But not for looks in as much as for function. Im the only onw looking at the case anyways

To think, there are those boutique Mini-ITX cases people are shoving water cooled 3960x's and 2080 Ti's into. You could probably fit a few of those full systems into that case.

Are there any spiritual successors to CaseLabs these days? Mountain Mods seems to be stagnant too.

Curious what Sumuri will do for their forensic machines now that CaseLabs is out.

SFF/ITX is in. We don't need giant case labs cases anymore. Though I did like the BH8, I never got one because the window was plexi, I thought that was a cheap way to do it for it already being close to $300

Let me correct that

You dont need giant case labs anymore. Dont speak for me and countless others please. I cant stuff a full water pump res combo and 7x120 worth of radiators in your little pansy ITX boutique flower power cutie pie case

I mean, case labs is boutique too. But I see these other major name boutique cases thriving while case labs folded. And their reason was because of tarrifs. But there may have been more to it that we aren't aware of.

Im still rocking an atx build, but there aren't any new cases that interest me. These itx cases are new, and unique. It makes me want to downsize. Time will tell, maybe Lian li will wow me soon.

Ok when you say it that way I (Click Like) haha

love all that real estate.

Indeed. My personal machines have almost always been built in larger cases. I prefer the added room to work and I never have to worry about whether or not some component or cooling solution will fit in the case.

This is kindof a reach out, I have a Mercury s3 CaseLabs case with pedestal and I am currently on a hunt for just a 120mm fan mesh mount. Preferably the one on the right, but I am not picky at this point. Anyone know of anyone that might be able to sell one?
