I have some single wire applications, such as RGB wire coming out of my block, front panel header wires (which I want to sleeve individfually), and some 4 pin case fan wires.

I guess my question is what size do I need for small wires, such as single wire (positive.neg) applications, such as a fan,RGB wire, etc., do I need. I'll need to get the shrink and tubing over the 4 pin connector.

I'd also like to have either USB 3 internal front panel cable braided wire extensions or a way to also PET those. I can;t seem to find those USB braided extensions on Amazon. The ones that came with my case are flat wires.

I also can only find one questionable 90 degree USB internal adapter on Amazon. If I could get that 90 degrees, the USB cables going to teh front panel would hardly be noticible (Go right back into the cable area).

I just don't know what size to get. any suggestions, alternatives, etc., are appreciated.

werent we already talking about this in one of your other threads? we could have continued there...
for small wires like fan/pump wires a 1/8" would be best. the 1/4" i got is loose on a fat usb-c cable. and you'll probably need to pop the connectors off. not sure about the 90* thing.

We may have, but I wanted to start a thread specifically for that reason, since I value other input, and others would not find it buried in another non-related thread. We have discussed this extensively in another thread. Please do not question my choice to start a thread with specific topics anymore. It's becoming a sort of harassment, its starting to disturb me, and I am officially requesting you to please stop. You run you and I'll run me.

So, 1/8" inch PET and Shrink for fan wires? The 1/8" PET will stretch over the 4 pin connectors?

OK, so for trying to sleeve the double flat wires cases use for the internal connection to the front panel, you suggest taking the connector off? Mine is not removable. It's the large, rubber type connector. It looks like the end on this one:

If I could find one like that in white that was not of questionable quality, that would be even better. Some people have reported on Amazon that somehow (Probably incorrectly wired) that these cheap Chinese versions actually took out part of their MB circuit on the USB side. So, unless I can find one from a reputable manufacturer, I'll stick to trying to sleeve the one that came with the case.

The one that is hard wired into the front panel of my case looks like this, except for the USB connector for peripherals is hard wired into the case front panel:

What size PET and Shrink should I get for that? I'll wrap white electrical tape over the dual flat cables, the slide the white PET over that.

This is the USB 90 I was talking about:

Amazon reviewers said to stay away from it, plus it is FUGLY. I could easily paint it, but the electrical quality s poor. It's the only one on Amazon.

AMAZON REVIEW:
'Installed this item for some cable management issues, and after power on, computer came on then all usb ports went dead. Trouble shooting with Gigabyte for over an hour led to, removing this adapter. Computer then rebooted but would not POST. Long story short is that there was a short in the adapter which took out part of my motherboard. Changed CPU and RAM to new Motherboard and everything works fine." --Well, that's scary.
