[H]OT - Microcenter AMD sale (2600x - 79.99, 3600x - 159.99, 3700x - 259.99, 3800x - 279.99, 3950x - 699.99) + $20 mobo discount!

I know it says Microcenter and this is practically a given, but this is "IN-STORE ONLY"

I literally just bought a 3950x and motherboard from them earlier in the week. I'm probably SOL, but you never know

100% they'll refund you the difference. Their customer service is top-notch. Worst case, tell them you're just going to return the used one, and buy a new one. I doubt they'll want you to do that.

Do these prices not show on MC's normal site? My Madison Heights MI store prices don't match :-(

Heh.. Debating... To go to the store in Mayfield Heights, OH.. Open a credit line and spend $5000+ to get a threadripper system with mobo and ram... Pretty sure my wife would kill me.. but she can't be mad at me forever right?? lol..
They finance through Wells Fargo, if that means anything to you. Just use your regular CC, or find a deal online for something with introductory %0 APR, preferably with a bank more reputable.

I use the MC card to get the 5% off to offset some of the sales tax, and then pay it off a few days later, in full. It does not save a lot, but every bit helps.

Seriously considering asking someone to ship me a 2600/ASRock mini combo...would come to around 150 after tax and shipping maybe?

SMH so annoying that I live in one of the largest cities in the U.S. and don't have a Microcenter here. Those are some great deals.

These dam deals so fast, why?
To bad I'm not in the market for new stuff, got the center 10 min away from me.

any brother help me pick up 3700x PST.

not worth driving 3hrs to closest MC, thanks.

I believe they may give a 20% discount for day 1 purchases when opening up a new line of credit.

Wow I am bad at math. 😂

I had everything in my cart for store pickup on the 3600x and mobo, but think I am going to hold out for one more gen.

I'm going today for the 2600x and 3600x with motherboard bundles. The 2600x for my brother's build and the 3600x will be my divorce build.

is 3600 vs 3600x that huge of a difference? I live in vegas so it wouldn't be easy to switch them out. Someone convince me its not that big of a deal!

the only difference you would notice is how much less you have in your pocketbook afterwards. 🤣

:(

This is a great prIce and I've been wanting to pick up a 3800X, but I'm not making the 2 hour round trip to Microcenter for a processor I technically don't need. Oh well...

Resisting urge to go..... My 2600 box needs upgrades, not to mention the 4770k box would benefit as well.
They even have some open box deals that might be worthwhile as well.

I'll probably go, but all I need is a displayport to hdmi adapter for a x58 Xeon box that landed on my lap.... I'm sure I won't be tempted by anything else.

2 Hours only? Ha, I have a 5.5 hour round trip and if I needed or wanted one, I would know exactly what I was doing this weekend.

my 3600 I returned is now open box for $119 in cambridge MA FYI..... ;)

What about a 2950X for your 1900X computer?

I know..... I really liked the 2920 I had in another box that I sold. The 1900x sucks. Well, it's ok for the most part. Basically a 2700 box with more pci lanes.

The $260 3700x is damn near irresistable, and $20 more for the better binned 3800x.... Don't need but WANT! I'm already in trouble any way, I might as well go all-in. The only thing that might save me is if they sell out fast
