any recommendation of ergonomics or split type keyboard for games/all purpose keyboard. the traditional horizonal put my wrist at a odd angle for long time, and become discomfort.

I'm pretty happy with my Kinesis Freestyle Pro. The Freestyle Edge RGB is the "gaming" version.

There are relatively few options out there, including the Kinesis Freestyle Edge RGB and then all of ortholinear kit style (ie ErgoDox types and mods of those sorts; Keyboardio Model 01 is a neat one-off project but not really compatible with anything aftermarket) , but I'd suggest keeping your eyes on the Dygma Raise. They crowdfunded awhile ago and are just about to start full shipment this month. The devs have been really, impressively communicative so that even the delays they ran into were well explained and justified (ie one of their components' manufacturers made something not up to the quality level desired so they sent them back to do it again etc), so I'd be surprising if their post-launch interaction with the community would be anything but great.

I've looked at a few ergo/split keyboards over the years, but I'm definitely looking forward to the Dygma Raise; if its as great as it looks on paper, I'll definitely have made the correct decision. Check out https://www.dygma.com/ for more info. There ought to be a ton of new info and stuff upon launch, as one would expect.

i use the numpad for alot of things...faster number typing and i use them as shortcuts in settings and config menus in games. That is why i general prefer new Razor and steel series. i am using razor black widow elite currently. Best experience.

If you can 10 key without looking, man, that would be really good in games using the right keypad as key binds. lol

I'm quite astonished that the Logitech K780 keyboard, flat, round keys, very compact, is great for typing fast. Disn't buy it for that purpose but for occasional use on 3 computers at the same time. Looks now it's going to replace my standard keyboard. Was thinking on the contrary getting some ergonomic keyboard, but looks like the Flat thing leaves your hards on top of it without additional support needed and the small stroke is just what is needed not to get your fingers tired.
Kind of less is more.

Two issues with Dygma
- Missing numpad
- Doesn't have tenting capability like the Kinesis freestyle edge although the Dymga team did said they will create a tenting kit for it but that has not yet started to date.

I am a backer of the Dymga Raise's kickstarter project, I received the keyboard yesterday. I have not yet tried out other than unboxing it and tried some simple typing without plugging it in.

I received mine as well and will be doing a more in depth review asap ; from a very initial in-case inspection all seems well, but there's a lot to go through.

Regarding the issues...

There was never a numpad intended as part of the design. Considering that most custom enthusiast keyboards don't include a numpad (anything from a full TKL down to something ultra small like a 40% Planck layout, much less ergo style layouts ), I could understand the decision. Numpad functions can be bound in software to a "layer" in the software/firmware configuration (called Bazecor, its open source and based on Chrysalis and/or QMK if you wish, complete with lighting, but those who want a physical numpad can of course buy one of the a la carte mech numpads that are available.

The tenting kit is on the docket last I checked, but it is not part of the initial release. I remember seeing some prototype that one of the advanced testers were using pre-launch (a couple months ago), but I imagine that it will go through a few iterations before release.

Glad to see someone else backed the project ; did you choose black or silver? Let me know how you find the wrist rests of your color - I've been working on a little wrist rest project for quite awhile and have considered making a version for Dygma when they started to ship.
