Geforce Game Ready Driver 441.08 released

I get the image sharpening but not the low or ultra low latency option. Guessing that laptop support slipped through the cracks (1070 SLI laptop). Or perhaps it's the SLI that causes the option to not even show?

ULL in the prior driver release was supposed to be supported on all GPU's. It just also works with G-Sync as well now.

It could be SLI not allowing the option.

WOW .......... image sharpening is ... a thing .. looks great. Looks incredible with wow .......

How the hell do I enable Gsync over HDMI tho? I don't see that option

G-Sync is DisplayPort only.

Yeah I have the Samsung NU8000 which is a fantastic PC gaming display. 55" 120hz native @ 1440p, 9ms input lag, 1ms pixel response.

I should be able to use this driver.

Do you sit 4ft. away from the desk? No way could I use 55" display for PC gaming.

Interesting. How many HDMI 2.1 displays are there?
This year's Samsung 8K models and LG's OLED models have HDMI 2.1. Everyone with a LG C9 say it's working great.

It's important to note that this just updates the data packet with VRR data. It does not enable 8K or 4K 120 Hz support, as that requires a new hardware controller to support the increased bandwidth. There are currently no video cards on the market with the hardware needed for HDMI 2.1's increased bandwidth. This means that not having full RGB at 10-bit color or higher is a bug, or only having 4:2:2 chroma subsampling or lower available with HDR is a bug despite what everyone is saying. This is still the physical limit of HDMI 2.0b.

As such, the VRR range on the C9 is 40-60 Hz. The full effective range on a video card with HDMI 2.1 will be 40-120 Hz.

Nvidia Control Panel Image Sharpening might be a good combo with Nvidia's already existing FXAA option (for games that still don't offer it or SMAA). Currently, if you turn it on, it leaves too much blur.
