WTB: i7 3770k and Dell Optiplex GXpro

I have a nice z77 chipset motherboard that is begging for a K series CPU. Someone must have a 3770k sitting around in a drawer somewhere! Sell it to me!

Also looking for a Dell Optiplex GXpro. I was thinking about one of these that I sold oh so many years ago and would love to get my hands on another.

You should check if your motherboard is capable of overclocking a non K cpu. I had a 3770 on my Asrock z77 Extreme 4 and could get it to around 4-4.1 turbo on all 4 cores.

yeah, I had that board. I didn't have much luck with that system (although, I also had a really hot chip)

Any optiplex GXpro! I believe there were only two cpu choices (180 or 200MHz) and I have RAM and harddrive.

Ahh, then the one I have is too new. Although I do have some IBM PPro systems that I will someday part with. They were dual cpu capable too.
