The Aorus boards have better VRM, better components, better audio and lan controllers.

I'm not convinced any of that matters though. At least as far as overclocking goes. Both boards are going to support PBO which is the better option over manual overclocking. And if you are using an external DAC the onboard audio is moot. Realtec LAN has never failed me in other builds.

But, for the sake of only being $30 more I'd get the Aorus.
