Looking to upgrade an office computer to use an i3 2100 and need an 1155 motherboard with sata 3 for ssd would be a plus if motherboard has integrated graphics and or usb3, don't need any motherboard that can overclock or anything, just something basic and reliable

Also 12-16gb DDR 3 ram, PC3 10600/1333 since i3 2100 can only take advantage of those speeds
Pending purchase, just need mobo

Thanks!

I might be able to help. I have in all excellent condition i7-3770K with Intel stock cooler, Asus Sabertooth Z77, Corsair Vengence RAM 16GB 1600MHZ 10-10-10 T1 (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10). I have all the boxes and truly keep everything in the best condition possible; it is often asked "if I ever used it." Just contact if interested. I can send pictures of the parts via Imgur when I get back from work. However, I work till 7:00pm eastern, so this may take a day in time.

Just to note with the hardware. I never over-clocked, only used multicore enhancement setting.

Oh...almost forgot. It has a Window 10 license bound to it since it was part of the upgrade to Windows 10 free. It also work perfectly fine with recent Linux distro's.

This is about as cheap and reliable as it comes $15 shipped:

The only thing about this board is that it needs a 5-pin dell cooler, which you can get around with some wiring, or just buy one for $8 shipped:

Total shipped to you is a ridiculous $23. And all this should fit in a standard case.

I've actually used a similar board (inspiron 620) and was able to upgrade all the way to an i7-2600k. Nice and fast for dirt cheap. (y)

Thanks, trying to stay away from ebay and dell style stuff since I have a psu and a case already, staying awaying from ebay because hardforums has better rep than ebay, still need motherboard!

From what I recall, the mounting holes were standard, but it's been a while so you'd have to double-check with some homework. ;)
SamirD how do you handle the front panel pins?

Didnt mean to hijack. just curious.
I had to simply replace a board in an existing Dell system, so I didn't have to deal much with this, but from what I recall it seemed to be a standard header--but I could be wrong as they could have used a proprietary pin-out on it as they sometimes do...:banghead:
