Rare Number Nine 32MB PCI Revolution IV Video Card with SiliconGraphics OpenLDI

Pretty sure this was the last card with a #9 GPU before they were acquired by S3. They weren't popular for gaming, the selling point was in ultra high res / early wide screen monitors, more of the Matrox market (I'd prefer a G200). Given that I would imagine they aren't ultra common given that they weren't a "mainstream" card, and AGP 2x models may be more common.

I guess it's interesting to a collector, but when these were new I brushed them right off, the mainstream was on the Voodoo 2 / Riva TNT / S3 Savage / Matrox G200.

i'd think the giant ones would be more collectable

By giant ones do you mean VLB? I've been looking for a number 9 vision 868 VLB for a while.. I play with and break stuff though so not willing to pay the collectors prices to do it. S3 and especially Tseng VLB cards are about as valuable as a Voodoo 2 is at this point... at least if you go by ebay.
