EVGA 2080 XC or Gigabyte 2080 Gaming OC?

So I'm currently using a Vega 64 in a custom loop. I'm gaming on a 1440p monitor and want to get an upgrade. I was waiting to get a Radeon VII but I'm very underwhelmed with them. So here's my plan. I want to get rid of my custom loop and go back to regular cooling. It's too much expense and maintenance for what you gain. The coolers on graphics cards have gotten very good and run very quiet anymore. So I always said that if I went with an Nvidia card that I would get an EVGA due to their stellar warranty and reputation. I was looking at the 2080 XC or XC Ultra. However, I really really like the looks of the Gigabyte Gaming OC in white. I have a white Define R6 and it would really look good with my build. Is it a good card with a good, quiet cooler? I know it has a 3 year warranty just like EVGA, but I'm sure their customer service isn't anywhere near as good.

I'm getting a XC Ultra, that cooler is beefy! You should too.

Seems to be a consensus so far. Is the Gigabyte card bad or is the EVGA one just that good?

I'm sure the Gigabyte card isnt bad. If you're wanting to stick with your white theme, get the Gigabyte card. But if you like EVGA's warranty service & possible better cooling, go with it.

....Then again, that's why they make spray paint! :)

Or. I could put a hyrdocopper block on the XC or XC Ultra and just keep my loop and wouldn't lose the warranty on my card....decisions decisions.
