I would like to understand this:
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-Z270-P/specifications/
the max. memory speed of this motherboard support is at ddr4 3.866 OC GHz
but this motherboard only support up to 7th Generation CPU
https://ark.intel.com/products/97144/Intel-Core-i5-7600K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-4_20-GHz
the 7th Generation CPU support up to DDR4 2.4GHz
so what is the point that the motherboard support to as high as 3.8GHz on memory speed?
