I've got a HAF Lan XB that didn't come with any filter material whats so ever. I would like to put a thin filter over the side screens and fans. I'm using RGB lighting on everything and I dont want to black it out. Any specific filter recommendations?

/figured it out its the thin wire screen mesh they sell at HD/lowes. I was thinking of the mesh used in front panel removable filters.

Demciflex has a kit for it. I use it on mine and they work well. I just don't use the rear or front ones since I have both of those areas as exhaust, but the top 200mm, the side door mesh and the 2x80mm HDD intakes are being covered.

One thing to point out is that it technically does have a lame and pretty poor performing filter screen on the front face. It's beneath the external metal grill. If you look at it closely, you'll see that it looks like there's a second layer of a finer hex pattern mesh; remove that for better airflow, regardless of airflow orientation.

It's best to buy the mesh in person to get a feel of it. You want soft ones.

Yeah thanks thats the conclusion I came to it just took me a while to find that mesh, thats what I was looking for not a cloth filter. Its the material they use in removable case filters. They have 4 or 5 kinds I'm gonna go check it out.
