Any decent shops to buy from? Last I knew frozencpu was trash and performance-pcs was doing alright.

Performance PCs has been solid to me. ModMyMods is a newer shop, they've also treated me very well. I can usually find what I need between those two and have had no complaints with either.

Trying modmymods. Solid so far, interface was wayyyyyy better than performance-pcs. Got a cpu block and pump. Already had a gpu block from ek.

If you are in the U.S. I would say any of the above would do for you. I would avoid places like ebay and aliexpress with Chinese sellers for the time being until the tarriff spat is over - the shipping & import costs might murder your wallet.

If you are in Canada
, you are kinda stuck with Newegg (ca) and Canada Computers. The egg is the better of the two since you can find pretty much anything there and the prices aren't horrible. Outside of those you are kinda stuck with Amazon (sometimes hella pricey), ebay (be careful of who is selling and only buy new stuff) and AliExpress. The last two will have you sitting for anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months waiting for your stuff to arrive on the slow boat from China. Of course you can buy from those American sellers but keep in mind that between the currency exchange and the huge hits from duties/taxes at the border you can end up paying double the stated price.

it depends on what your buying tbh. ppcs is my starting point for just about everything. i price check them against amazon, newegg, frozencpu and sidewinder.
pros and cons for all in my experience
ppcs- absolutely best selection hands down. its not even close. buuut awful shipping costs unless you can catch a sale. theres a OCN55 coupon code that will usually knock off half of the shipping costs (5.5%). for reference put something incredibly small in your cart(1 fitting) and check the shipping. its awful. sometimes youll pay two to three times the cost of the item! so be diligent.
amazon usually has higher prices overall but shipping is almost always better than ppcs/fcpu/ne. if you have a prime account shipping is always better price wise but component cost can be much higher than ppcs.
newegg is hit or miss. shipping is usually pretty good but overall pricing is almost always much higher. especially on premium gear.
frozencpu is generally more expensive than amazon and ppcs but much cheaper than newegg. shipping with them is usually pretty good and they almost always have coupon codes floating around.
sidewinder has a very limited selection but pricing is usually nice and shipping is inline with fcpu. ive caught some really good deals with them but you have to nab them when you see them or you will get hit with the dreaded "email me when back in stock" notification but it rarely ever comes back lol. ive no idea why their stock situation is as poor as it is but ive always had good luck with them in regards to getting things quick.
